Walking
For keen ramblers, the Island's end to
end footpath, the Millennium Way, passes close by the farm. The
route being based on the "Regia Via", a 14th Century Monk's highway.
Also fairly close by are the "Raad-ny-Foillan", or the coastal
footpath, and "Bayr ny Skeddan", which is the Herring Way - a
footpath between Castletown and Peel. These are just a few of
the Island's 350 marked Public footpaths. |
