A buffet style selection of the following is presented and guests may serve themselves as required:

Fresh fruit juice
A selection of fresh fruit
Yoghurts
Cereals
Grapefruit
Prunes
Cereal bars

Followed by a full cooked breakfast chosen from the following:

Porridge
Bacon
Sausage
Black pudding
Bacon roll
Egg (fried, scrambled or poached)
Tomatoes, (fresh or tinned)
Mushrooms
Baked beans
Fried bread or French bread (Egg soaked fried bread)
Beans on toast
Scrambled egg on toast
Manx kippers
Toast with a variety of jams and marmalades
Tea or coffee.
